I’m a full time broker associate and have worked helping home buyers and home sellers with their real estate needs since 1991.  A native of the Bay Area, I was born and raised in San Mateo and relocated to San Jose around 1970. I met my husband, Lloyd in 1984 and together we have an extended family of 7 children and 4 grandchildren.

 

I believe what makes me successful is the fact that I care about all my clients and strive to give them the quality service I believe they deserve.  I believe that’s why they come back to me again and again and why they continually refer me to their family and friends. 

 

As a member in good standing of  the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce,  the local Almaden Business Association and RE/MAX International I strive to offer quality service and follow a strict code of ethics.  I also hold several awards and earned Designations.

 

 I believe that knowledge is power and believe in staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and real estate courses being offered.   Some of the designations I have earned are: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), e-PRO (an Internet Empowered Certification), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional).

 

 One of my most favorite designations is that of an ASP.   I love home staging and have found it to be true that “staged homes sell faster and for more money!” I educate home sellers on the importance of home staging prior to putting their homes on the market, and even offer to stage their homes for FREE if they list with me. 

 

I also enjoy working with home buyers and take great joy in helping them find their dream homes.  There is so much a buyer needs to be aware of before purchasing a home.  I take great pride in the knowledge,  experience and negotiating skills I have to offer them.  My buyers are fully informed and feel confident and excited about their new purchase by the time they sign their closing documents.
